About Knemetic

We build AI agents that execute real business workflows.

The gap between an AI prototype and a production system is operational reality. We engineer agents that can safely connect to your systems, act within boundaries, and escalate when uncertain.

Our Point of View

Most businesses try to adopt AI by treating it as a generic intelligence layer. They connect an LLM to a database and hope it figures out their workflow. But real business processes are complex, brittle, and rely heavily on context.

If an agent doesn't understand the exact boundaries of a process—when to act, when to ask for permission, and when to stop entirely—it becomes a liability. We exist to build the orchestration, integration, and control layers required to turn raw AI into a reliable, executing employee.

Engineering Focus

The technical disciplines required to move agents into production.

AI Systems Engineering

We build production AI systems, not proof-of-concept demos. We work at the level of API integrations, context retrieval pipelines, workflow state management, and operational reliability.

Operational Reality

We understand that human work relies on intuition and undocumented workarounds. Our process bridges the gap between that messy reality and the explicit logic an agent needs to execute safely.

Enterprise Integration

Agents are only as useful as what they can connect to. We don't ask you to replace your infrastructure; we build agents that interoperate with your existing CRMs, telephony systems, and helpdesks.

Bounded Autonomy

We design review, approval, and escalation paths into every agent. An agent handles what it can handle deterministically; anything else is escalated to a human with full context.

Why trust our approach?

Execution over intelligence

Having an LLM write a clever response is the easy part. The hard part is ensuring the agent updates the correct CRM record, respects business rules, and safely calls an external API. We focus on execution.

Hardcoded boundaries

We don't let models guess their own permissions. Every agent we deploy has strict, deterministic boundaries. If a situation falls outside the defined scope, the agent escalates. It does not hallucinate an action.

Accountable for outcomes

We operate the infrastructure. If an API changes, a business rule evolves, or a new edge case emerges in production, we manage the agent's ongoing operation. You own the business outcome.

Proof over promises

We don't publish generic technology claims or hype about "the future of work". What matters is whether we understand your operational reality and whether we have a track record of executing it. Our work section documents the actual workflows we have automated—showing the systems connected, the boundaries established, and the outcomes delivered.
